Skype, FaceTime, and Phone Voice Lessons
Imagine the convenience of taking private voice lessons from a world-class coach from the comfort of your own home anywhere in the world! Voice lessons via by phone, or online via Skype or FaceTime (video call), are fun, affordable, and easy! Utilizing modern technology to the fullest, Marci takes the time to get to know you and tailors each lesson around your goals and needs, from conquering whatever has been holding you back to brushing up for an audition or performance. Whether you're just starting to learn to sing, or have hit a plateau and need a little extra help, coaching via phone or Skype can be just the thing to move you ahead.
By phone it helps if you have a landline for better signal, but cellphones work too. Just call me at the beginning of your scheduled lesson time. Put your phone on speakerphone if possible so you don't have to hold it.
For Skype you'll need a computer with a high-speed Internet connection, a webcam, and a Skype account. Download the Skype application (it's free), and set it up by clicking the 'getting started' link.
FaceTime is easy to set up on your iPhone (4 or higher), iPad 2 or higher), iPod touch or Mac (OS X v10.6.6 or higher). All you need is an Apple ID and an email address. Learn more about using FaceTime.
You'll Skype or FaceTime video call me when your lesson time begins, and I'll be waiting for you at my own computer/webcam.
You can sing a capella (or speak), but it's helpful if you have music tracks and a player nearby to sing with.
